  • Do you receive a VAT invoice after your order?
    After your order, you will receive 2 or 3 emails, including one from nepasrepondre@vosfactures.fr showing the VAT.

  • Return and refund process

  • What are the standard delivery times?
    Once pre-orders are completed, you will receive an email confirming the preparation of the products and their shipment. The standard delivery time is one week for France. International delivery time depends on each country's postal procedures.
  • Border taxes
    For all shipments outside the European Union, customs taxes may be required upon receipt of your purchase. It is up to you to resolve them.
  • I have not received my order: what should I do?

  • Buy online
    On our e-shop site, you shop in exactly the same way as in a real store: browse through the different items, and when you like one , add it to your cart. You can find the contents of your basket using the icon at the top right of the home screen. You can remove one of your items from your cart at any time or decide to take several items (using the + or - button). Once you have made your choice, you pay for the contents of your basket and can leave the store!
